Vandad is a versatile and highly experienced lawyer licensed to practice in three distinct jurisdictions: British Columbia, Ontario, and Iran. He brings a deep academic foundation and broad international perspective to his practice at DT Law, focusing on Family Law, Estate Law, and Immigration Law.

Before establishing his Canadian practice, Vandad built a distinguished legal career in Iran, where he not only practiced law but also taught at the university level. His extensive international background spans civil, corporate and commercial matters, real estate transactions, family disputes, and estate planning. Today, he channels that comprehensive legal experience to assist clients navigate sensitive personal matters, whether resolving family disputes, protecting legacies through estate planning, or guiding individuals and families through complex immigration processes.

Drawing on his professional practice in both Canada and Iran, Vandad offers particular insight into cross-border issues and matters involving both legal systems. His approach is practical, accessible, and client-focused, committed to guiding clients through challenging legal transitions with clear, pragmatic advice and tailored solutions.
